Reconfirmation of Fare Rules and Restrictions
Effective Upon Ticket Issuance
This document ser ves as a formal reconfirmation of the fare rules and travel conditions associated with your confirmed airline ticket (s), issued through URTravelBird-Flights. These terms were reviewed and accepted by you at the time of booking and authorization.
All tickets are issued through authorized third-par ty travel suppliers. Accordingly, the following conditions are governed exclusively by the issuing supplier and operating airline. URTravelBird-Flights does not issue tickets directly and cannot override or modify post-issuance policies.

1. Itinerary Changes
Requests to change flight times, dates, or carriers must be submitted in writing no less than 48 hours prior to departure. All changes are subject to airline and supplier approval. If permitted, fare differences and applicable penalties must be paid in full.
Note:
Routing changes (origin or destination) are not permitted under any circumstances.
2. Passenger Name Corrections and Transferability
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. No changes or corrections to the passenger name are allowed after issuance. Unauthorized changes may result in cancellation without refund or credit .
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to board your scheduled flight without prior written notice constitutes a no-show and results in the full forfeiture of the ticket’s value. No credit or refund will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated other wise in writing at the time of booking, all tickets are non-refundable. If a refund is considered, approval must come from both the airline and supplier and will be subject to applicable fees. URTravelBird-Flights does not determine refund eligibility or timelines.
5. Fare Adjustments and Residual Value
When changes are permitted, any increase in fare must be paid in full. If the new fare is lower, any remaining value is forfeited and cannot be refunded or applied to future bookings.
6. Ticket Validity
Tickets must be used as scheduled. If not used accordingly, they may expire without notice. In some cases, limited credit may be offered by the airlines or supplier—but this is not guaranteed. URTravelBird: Flights cannot reinstate or extend ticket value once expired.
7. Complimentary Flight Segments
Some itineraries may include a complimentary leg, added as part of airline or supplier pricing structures to reduce overall fare cost. This is common in the industry and may be removed automatically once primary flights are completed.
No action is required; this is for informational purposes only.
8. Seat Assignments
Seat selections are not guaranteed. Airlines may reassign seats at their discretion. Additional charges may apply for preferred seating. URTravelBird-Flights is not responsible for changes imposed by the airline.
9. Loyalty Program Eligibility
Not all fares qualify for mileage accrual or loyalty status. Eligibility is determined solely by the airline. URTravelBird-Flights does not guarantee any frequent flyer benefits.
10. Travel Documentation and Visa Requirements
Travelers are fully responsible for securing and maintaining valid travel documents, including:
URTravelBird-Flights does not assist with visa applications or provide documentation guidance.
No refunds or credits will be given for denied boarding or entr y due to incomplete, incorrect , or delayed documentation.
11. Non-Reroutable Tickets
Tickets are strictly non-reroutable. Origin and destination cities cannot be changed under any circumstance. Rerouting requests will not be accepted.
12. Cancellation for Credit
Some fares may be eligible for cancellation in exchange for future travel credit . Terms, expiration (typically up to 12 months ), and availability are determined solely by the airline and supplier.
High cancellation fees may apply, and this option may or may not apply to your specific ticket.
13. Finality of Terms
All fare rules and conditions become fully binding and enforceable upon ticket issuance. URTravelBird-Flights has no authority to revise, dispute, or override any terms imposed by the airlineor issuing travel supplier.
All determinations made by these entities are considered final, non-negotiable, and outside of URTravelBird-Flights’ s control.
