Distribution Policy & Advertising Guidelines

Our fares are privately negotiated and intended for professional partners operating within agreed distribution channels. This policy outlines what is permitted, what requires approval, and what is restricted.

Overview

This platform provides privately negotiated off-market fares exclusively to approved travel professionals. These fares are sourced through direct airline relationships and consolidator agreements. As such, distribution and advertising of these fares must comply with both our policies and underlying supplier agreements. We work collaboratively with each partner to find the right distribution approach for their business.

Allowed Advertising

  • Agencies may advertise fares to their existing client base
  • Email marketing to your own customer lists
  • Social media promotion through your business channels
  • Website display of fare ranges (with required disclaimers)

Requires Approval (Case-by-Case)

  • Google Ads campaigns featuring specific routes or fares
  • Metasearch engine listings (Kayak, Google Flights, etc.)
  • Specific city pair or airline-focused advertising
  • High-volume traffic or pinging patterns
  • Campaigns exceeding agreed volume expectations

Prohibited or Restricted

  • Publishing protected fare content in violation of supplier rules
  • Excessive scraping or automated pinging of the platform
  • Misrepresentation of fare types, availability, or guarantees
  • Sharing platform credentials or access with unauthorized parties
  • Reselling access or sub-licensing without written approval

Compliance & Enforcement

Access may be restricted if policy is violated. We reserve the right to revoke platform access, suspend accounts, or modify partnership terms for partners who violate these distribution guidelines. Violations may also result in liability for damages caused by unauthorized distribution. We encourage partners to reach out proactively if they are uncertain about a specific advertising channel or campaign.
